Mark Parker is a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia, Supreme Court and High Court of Queensland and is a partner in Parker Simmonds Solicitors and Lawyers.

He worked for several years for a Queens Street law firm. He holds degrees in commerce and law from the University of Queensland.
