Mark Parker is a solicitor of the High Court of Australia,
Supreme Court of Queensland and is a partner in Parker
Simmonds Solicitors and Lawyers (which was established
in 1992). He worked several years for a Queens Street
law firm. He holds degrees in commerce and law from the
University of Queensland. He has extensive professional
experience in commercial law generally and in particular,
has practiced extensively in the area of real estate lending
and documenting real estate transactions, loan agreements
and security documents.
