The making of your Will and the management of your Estate after your death are very serious matters. You must not ignore the implications of your Will upon your family.

If you die without a Will then your Estate will be distributed according to the Succession Act which may not reflect how you intended your Estate be distributed.

You may have a partner, children, grandchildren, parents, cousins and other relatives and friends who you prefer to inherit your Estate upon your death.

The Succession Act is very rigid and details a set method of distribution of your Estate and in most situations will not meet your personal requirements.

You should insure now that your special needs are catered for with a Will.

Please remember that your Will should be updated on a regular basis and must be updated in the event of a divorce or remarriage.
